Our online and face-to-face mediation meetings

The different types of meetings we can offer

Online mediation is something I have done for a long time, before the COVID pandemic happened, as I would regularly have clients where one party was living or working overseas, and online mediation allowed meetings to progress without delays.

The model we have set up at Family Mediation & Mentoring LLP is primarily online, providing access to mediation at the click of a button, avoiding travel costs, time off work and providing greater flexibility and cost savings for our clients. One of the benefits, for some people, of online mediation is that you are not physically in the same room so it can help to reduce the emotional stress associated with face-to-face meetings.

We do however appreciate that for some people face-to-face mediation meetings are how they feel most comfortable, so presuming all agree, we are very happy to arrange these. We have access to a range of different meeting rooms which can be booked for an additional charge.

If you would like to discuss any of our services or have any concerns or queries, please do get in touch with us by email at hello@familymandm.co.uk or call us on 0800 206 2258.
